MENU CHOICES FOR BUFFET DINNER*

Choice of Two: Sliced Roast Beef, Breast of Chicken w/sauce or Broiled Fish
Also Includes: Garlic Roasted Redskins, Wild Rice, Corn O'Brian and Green Beans Almondine, Two Assorted Salads and Penne Pasta w/Tomato Basil Sauce.

MENU CHOICES FOR SITDOWN DINNER*

Choice of One: New York Strip, Breast of Chicken w/sauce and Broiled Fish
Choice of One: Garlic Roasted Redskins, Baked Potato w/sour cream or Wild Rice
Choice of One: Fresh Garden Salad or Caeser Salad
Choice of One: Corn O'Brian, Green Beans Almondine or Vegetable Array

Both sit down and Buffet include dinner rolls and cookies.

MENU CHOICES FOR OUTDOOR LUNCH*

Choice of Two: Hamburgers, Italian Sausage with sauteed onions and green peppers
or Roasted Chicken
Also Includes: Assorted salads and condiments, Corn on the Cob and Baked Beans
Lunch can only be served before 12:30 p.m.
